The 2017 Lincoln MKZ from Dealerships Near Slidell, LA: Ready to Shine On Its Own

Here are some quick number facts about the 2017 Lincoln MKZ: it runs on a 3.0-liter GTDI engine with AWD model that has reportedly been tested with 93-octane fuel and has a projected 400 lb.-ft of torque, while carrying a whopping 20-speaker Revel Ultima System.

They’re all very impressive features, but really that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Breaking from the Pattern

It’s apparent that Lincoln is set on overcoming the association with Ford cars, particularly when it comes to design. Breaking away from their familiar patterns indeed can be a tricky business, but with the 2017 Lincoln MKZ, it does look like their car designers are on the right track.

Granted, it still carries the CD4 platform that is also integrated into the Ford Fusion, but it does turn heads all on its own with its brand new single-frame grille. It’s nothing flashy, but it does exude that quiet confidence, which makes for a very good-looking front view.

Luxury Interior

Inside, more good things happen as the interior has been improved and upgraded to make for a more seamless and comfortable design. Physical controls, for example, have been installed to take the place of touch-sensitive buttons. As high-tech as these appear, they apparently still do not have what it takes to completely push the functionalities of tactile knobs and buttons out of the running for user preference.

You can learn more about what the 2017 Lincoln MKZ will be bringing to the table by visiting dealerships serving Slidell, LA, and other nearby areas.
