The
Town Car was one of Lincoln’s prime vehicles. Hitting the streets
from 1981 to 2011, the Town Car had many uses from being a police
cruiser to taxi to one of Vince McMahon’s limos. Although it’s
been succeeded by the MKZ, some Louisiana Lincoln dealers may still
have at least one Town Car in stock. You may be curious as to why you
should make a play for one of the supposedly last “true” American
cars.
Efficiency
and Power
If
you’re looking for a limo-type sedan that has big muscle under the
hood, a Town Car may be on your list. It has a 4.6-liter V8 linked to
a four-speed automatic that can churn out 239 horsepower at 4,900rpm.
